含有残余试样的等径角挤扭变形工艺研究

Abstract:

Considering the real deformation process, numerical simulation on the single pass of ECAPT was investigated by DEFORM-3D program.By comparing and analyzing the results, it is indicated that the existence of retained sample increases the initial and maximum extrusion load of the next sample,raises the hydrostatic stress and effective strain of the deformed sample,and improves its deformation uniformity as well.In addition,the results of coordinate grid method have good consistency with numerical simulation ones which shows the reliability of established finite element model.

摘要:

结合实际变形过程,采用DEFROM-3D软件对含有残余试样的等径角挤扭变形过程进行了单道次数值模拟。通过分析对比模拟结果可知,残余试样的存在增大了下一根试样的初始挤压力和载荷峰值,提高了变形试样内部的静水压力和累积应变,显著改善了试样整体变形均匀性及在模具内的填充情况。同时,坐标网格法实验结果与模拟结果具有较好的一致性,证明了所建立有限元模型的可靠性。
