Influences of Axial Force on Axial Deformation of Circular Saws

轴向力对圆锯片轴向变形的影响研究

Abstract:

Some factors influencing axial deformation of circular saws
were analyzed. Considering sawing parameters and axial forces acting on the saws,axial deformations of either moving or static circular saws were studied.It is shown that axial deformation shapes of the circular saw in the above mentioned states are similar.In the stone sawing process, axial deformation of the circular saw is governed mainly by the static axial force.The influences of sawing parameters are relatively small. And axial deformation has an obvious periodical feature. 

摘要:

通过有限元分析、静态加载以及锯切石材实验,分别研究了静止状态和加工状态下的圆锯片轴向变形。研究表明,圆锯片在这两种状态下的轴向变形曲线形状基本相似;在石材锯切过程中,圆锯片所受的静态轴向力是基体轴向变形的主要影响因素,而锯切加工工艺参数对轴向变形的影响不大,基体的轴向变形曲线呈现出明显的周期性特征。
