Intelligent Fuel Consumption Testing Technology on Engine Based on Weight-loss Method

Abstract:

Aiming at the common problems of engines’ fuel-consumption measuring and testing technology, combining with the domestic and foreign research level and development trend, adopting sensing technology, single chip microcomputer(SCM) control technology and display technology, a research of intelligent fuel-consumption testing technology was made. A mathematical model of engines’ fuel-consumption testing system was established based on the testing principles;its hardware and steering circuit were designed in accordance with its functional requirements; its control procedures were programed to test petrol engine and diesel engine on the road or indoors in a steady-state and dynamic way. Through theoretical error analysis and experimental calibration, the accuracy of fuel-consumption testing can reach 0.4%.

摘要:

针对国内外发动机油耗测试技术普遍存在的问题,结合国内外发动机油耗测试技术的研发水平及发展趋势,采用传感技术、单片机控制技术和显示技术,进行发动机油耗智能测试技术研究。确定发动机油耗的测试方法,基于测试原理建立发动机油耗测试系统的数学模型,根据油耗测试系统的功能要求,进行测试系统硬件设计、测试系统控制电路设计,编写了控制程序。测试系统能对汽油机、柴油机在道路上或室内进行稳态和动态油耗测试。通过理论误差分析和试验标定,该测试系统的油耗测试精度可达到0.4%。
