滚珠丝杠副轴向变形分析

Abstract:

Based on the current elastic deformation theory of single-nut ball screw, a model of ball screw was developed and a modified formula of axial deformation of ball screw was derived. Based on a given ball screw, the effects of each parameter on the axial deformation and driving performance of single-nut ball screw were analyzed. The study shows that the axial deformation can be decreased and driving performance can be improved by adopting proper parameters. Then a simplified finite element model of ball screw was established and the contact analysis and axial deformation analysis was conducted by FEA. At last, the results were compared with ones that were solved by the theoretical model above.

基于现有的单螺母滚珠丝杠副弹性变形理论基础,建立了滚珠丝杠副弹性接触变形的模型并得到改进的轴向变形公式。以某型号滚珠丝杠副为例,分析了相关参数对轴向变形量和丝杠副传动性能的影响。分析表明,通过选择合适的滚珠丝杠副的结构参数,可以减小滚珠丝杠副的轴向变形量,优化传动性能。随后建立了简化的单螺母滚珠丝杠副有限元模型,并对其进行接触分析和轴向变形分析,最后对理论模型的变形量和有限元分析的变形量进行了对比验证。
