基于正面碰撞防护的SUV车辆乘员约束系统优化

Abstract:

The frontal impact restraint system model of a production sport utility vehicle(SUV) was developed and validated. Based on this model, the orthogonal experimental design and computational simulation were conducted and optimized parameters of the system were obtained. The passenger restraint system was improved and the sled test was conducted. The results show that the improved system has better protection performance in frontal crash.

介绍了某量产运动多功能(SUV)车辆的正面碰撞乘员约束系统的建立和验证过程。基于该验证后的模型,进行了正交仿真试验设计和计算,得到了乘员约束系统的优化匹配参数,利用这些参数对约束系统进行改进并进行台车试验,结果表明改进后的乘员约束系统具有更好的正面碰撞防护效果。
