Abstract:

A leakage detecting device for liquid valve was developed based on the theory of acoustic emission, and corresponding experimental system was designed to test its performance. The experimental results show that the checked results are the best when the checking frequency enacted in 25kHz under the same leakage rate. The sound difference on the back and front of the liquid valve is no less than 2dB when their pressure difference is no less than 1.0MPa, and the liquid leakage rate is no less than 3.5mL/s, the sound of leakage is relatively evidence. The sound difference on the back and front of the liquid valve is no less than 3dB in the condition of their pressure difference is no less than 3.5MPa, and the leakage rate is no less than 2.5mL/s, the sound of leakage is evidence. Owing to its small-size with being easy to carry, convenient in operation,run steadily, and it is effective to small leak. The leakage detecting device is an optimum and promising device for leakage detection of liquid valve in the field of ship.

以声发射理论为基础,研制了一种适用于液体阀门泄漏检测的装置,设计了相应的试验台架并对其检测性能进行了试验研究。大量的台架试验表明:在同样的泄漏量情况下,液体阀门检测频率调定在25kHz时检测效果最为理想。在阀后和阀前的压力差不低于1.0MPa、泄漏量不小于3.5mL/s时,阀后和阀前的声音值的差值不低于2dB,有较明显的泄漏声;当阀后和阀前的压力差不小于3.5MPa、泄漏量不小于2.5mL/s时,阀后和阀前的声音值的差值在3dB以上,泄漏声明显。该液体阀门检测装置具有便携性强、操作方便、性能稳定、可靠性高等特点,并且对于阀门微小的泄漏也能检测,有望在船舶液体阀门的泄漏检测中推广使用。
