Abstract:

Using MSC. Marc, a three-dimensional finite element model of a 800MN forging press was built, different combination modes of the load bearing structure caused by manufacturing errors were analyzed, the law of stress distribution under different combination modes and different load-bearing plate numbers were studied. Finally, the combination law of parallel load bearing structure
was set up and laid a preliminary foundation for the stable running of the equipment,
which ensured the force flow uniformly.

摘要:

以800MN巨型模锻压机为研究对象,运用商用软件Marc,建立了并行承载C形板组结构的三维有限元模型,分析了由制造误差而形成的承载部件典型组配方式,研究了不同组配方式和不同承载板数量下关键部件的应力畸变规律,得到了保证力流均匀传递的并行承载结构组配规律。
