普通液压机半滑动式液压胀形汽车桥壳的工艺研究

Abstract:

A kind of half-sliding hydroforming technology was brought forward to produce the big and complicated tube parts. In this technology,the necked tubes were made to be spares through hydrofoming twice.A half-sliding die,which consisted of fixed mid part, left and right sliding part, was utilized to make tube blanks bulging bigger and the tube wall thickness reduction smaller, and to reduce the die clamping force and the friction between the sliding parts and the guiding plates. And a method was put forward how to design suitable shape of the pre-bulging tube blank. For some kind of small automobile axle housing produced on a common press, a kind of hydroforming die was designed, engineering tests were carried out, the eligible sample was trial-produced, and the loading paths which were suitable for pre-bulging and last hydroforming was found.

摘要:

提出适合制造汽车桥壳大型复杂管类件的半滑动式液压胀形工艺:缩径后的管坯经两次液压胀形成形,采用由中间固定模块、左右滑动模块组成的半滑动式模具,管坯单次胀形量大、管壁减薄量较小,有效减小了合模力及滑动模块与模具导向板之间的摩擦力。给出了适合终胀形的预胀形管坯形状的确定方法。针对某小型汽车桥壳,设计了普通液压机上的液压胀形模具,进行了工艺试验,试制出合格的样件,得到了适合的预胀形及终胀形的加载路径。
