通用机械产品售后质量反馈信息网络化协同处理支持系统

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of low processing efficiency and slow response and low customer satisfaction which caused by the current serial processing method, an universal gasoline engines after-sale quality feedback networked collaborative processing support system was constructed. The system could support the after-sale quality feedback accepting, acquisition, transmission, treatment and monitoring. Then some key technologies were studied, including networked collaborative processing business process configuration and reusing based on Web services, and networked collaborative processing dynamic monitoring. The system has been successfully applied in a universal gasoline engines manufacturer in Chongqing, and good results are obtained

摘要:

针对通用机械产品售后质量反馈信息现有串行处理方式处理效率低、响应速度慢、客户满意度低等问题,构建了一种从通用机械产品售后质量反馈信息受理、采集、传递、处理到监控的整个质量反馈信息处理周期的网络化协同处理支持系统,并对基于Web Services的网络化协同处理流程配置与重用、网络化协同处理动态监控等关键技术进行了研究。该系统已成功应用于重庆某通用机械制造企业,取得了良好的应用效果。
