Abstract:

It is clarified that twin drive system is not exclusively optimum for solving the application of DCG(drive at center of gravity), and that Steiner distance can be reduced or even deleted by the choice of driving force direction,the rational weight distribution of some components, etc. According to this, single drive system was introduced as a valuable supplement for the machine design based on DCG. Lastly these opinions were proved to be reasonable by accuracy evaluation for a die and mould machining center using single drive system.

摘要:

论证了双驱动系统并不是解决重心驱动技术应用的唯一性优化方案,提出了通过驱动力的方向选择、零部件重量的合理分布等使Steiner距离得到有效抑制以实现重心驱动的方法。在此基础上,将单驱动系统引入设计,丰富了重心驱动的内涵。最后,将基于重心驱动的设计方法应用于一款模具加工中心的改进设计,通过对其精度的分析,证明了所提观点的合理性。
