并联式油液混合动力挖掘机动力系统仿真研究

Abstract:

Due to the power transmission structures of the traditional excavators, the relevant methods can not help the distribution of working points of the engine. So a hydraulic hybrid technology and its control scheme was proposed herein. The working conditions were analyzed and the structures of hydraulic hybrid excavator were introduced. A parallel hydraulic hybrid system was chosen for simulation. The load of an actual excavator was used as input of the system. The parallel hydraulic hybrid excavator
demonstrates that it can stabilize the engine speed,increase the efficiency and optimize the drivability.

摘要:

针对传统液压挖掘机由于其固有的动力传递结构而无法通过相关的节能方法来改善发动机工作点分配的问题,提出了一种基于油液混合动力技术的挖掘机动力系统控制方案。分析了挖掘机的工况特点,介绍了油液混合动力挖掘机的原理结构。选用并联油液混合动力挖掘机系统进行仿真建模,以实测液压挖掘机负载作为仿真模型输入,对该系统性能进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,并联式油液混合动力挖掘机发动机转速稳定,工作点分布于高效区,燃油效率得到提高,动力源的动力特性得到改善。
