汽车正撞台车简化模型建立的一种新方法

Abstract:

A new method was presented by using sled impact test and substituted whole car impact test and this method was used to validate crashwothiness of whole car. Based on impact energy absorb analysis,selection method of parts composing sled model was presented.These parts included engine and drive sistem, suspension system, wheel, under body and so on. The results of simulation and crash test indicate that front longitudinal beam deformation and body acceleration curve of the sled model has good consistency with that of whole car crash. The sled model reduces simulation time and test cost heavily.

摘要:

提出了一种用台车碰撞试验代替整车碰撞试验来验证整车耐撞性的设计方法。通过碰撞吸能分析,提出了台车模型组成部分的选取方法,包括发动机及传动系统、悬架系统、车轮、下车体等的选取。数值模拟和碰撞试验结果表明,台车模型的前纵梁变形及车身减速度和整车碰撞有较好的一致性,但大幅度缩短了计算时间,降低了试验成本。
