A Conceptive Noncircular Planetary Differential for Off-road Vehicles

Abstract

Abstract:

Integrated with three noncircular gear items,a new noncircular planetary differential was put forward,which may deliver variable proportional torque onto its two output axes.The new conceptive differential may be applied to off-road vehicles and may help to improve passing capacity.The driving theory and the design method of pitch curves were presented,and several case studies were illustrated.

摘要：

提出了一种非圆行星差速器概念模型，将其应用于越野汽车分动器，可以实现两输出轴扭矩变比例分配，相当于增大了差速器的锁紧系数，即增加了差速器的防滑功能，从而有望提高车辆的越野通过性。组成行星齿轮差速器的三要素均为非圆柱齿轮，通过传动原理分析，给出了非圆节曲线的设计方法，并进行了示例计算。
