行星离心式新型机械无级传动基本工作特性研究

Abstract: Continuously variable transmission technology might improve the power and economy of the vehicles through continuous changes in the transmission ratio. At present, the metal belt type continuously variable transmission was the mainstream form. The continuously variable transmission device was innovatively designed, a new type of planetary centrifugal mechanical stepless transmission scheme was proposed, the structure and working principle of the transmission scheme was introduced, a dynamics model was established, and then a new planetary centrifugal type continuously variable transmission basic working characteristics was obtained. At the same time, the influences of different track curves on the working characteristics were compared and analyzed. The research results provide a basis for the structural design of the planetary centrifugal mechanical transmission, and verify that the planetary centrifugal mechanical transmission has the characteristics of stepless speed regulation and self-adaptive output torques.

摘要: 无级变速技术通过传动比的连续变化可以改善车辆的动力性和经济性,目前以金属带式无级变速器为主流形式。对无级变速传动装置进行创新设计,提出了一种新型的行星离心式机械无级传动方案,介绍了该传动方案的结构和工作原理,建立了动力学模型,获得了行星离心式新型无级传动机构的基本工作特性,同时对比分析了不同轨道曲线对工作特性的影响。研究结果为行星离心式机械传动的结构设计提供了依据,验证了行星离心式机械传动机构具有无级调速以及自适应输出转矩的特性。
