Abstract:

The concept of the simulation startup process with micro gliding states for the friction pairs of hydraulic motor was put forwards,the magnitude of theoretical instantaneous torque and the losses of friction
torque were also discussed,which affected startup performance of the hydraulic motor.For the 2SJMD-100 hydraulic motor the quantitative calculation formula,a new and simple experimental method and data with “locking elastic shaft” were given.

摘要:

阐述了液压马达内部摩擦副微小滑动模拟启动过程的概念,对影响液压马达启动性能的理论瞬时扭矩和摩擦扭矩损失大小进行了探讨,并针对2SJMD—100型液压马达给出了量化的计算公式和新的、简便易行的“锁紧弹性轴”实验方法和实验数据。
