电动轮驱动汽车差速性能试验研究

Abstract:

The differential of motorized wheels driving vehicles was discussed. And then the self-regulation method to realized the electric differential by controlling the torque of the motor and freeing the speed of the wheels was brought out. The control strategy was demonstrated with experiments on the re-equipped motorized wheels driving vehicles under the turning mode, the uneven road condition and the different tire radius modes. It shows that the differential capability of the experimental vehicle is good.

摘要:

对电动轮驱动汽车的差速问题进行了深入分析,提出对驱动电机采用转矩指令控制、转速随动的方法实现电动轮系统的自适应差速。开发了电动轮驱动试验车。进行了转向行驶、路面不平及车轮半径不等等工况的道路试验。试验结果表明,电动轮汽车在各种行驶路面及行驶工况下都能保持良好的差速性能,具有自适应差速特性。
