Abstract:  The method of dual center logistics path parallel real-time planning problem for logistics planning of blending workshops focused on the reliability of scheduling with low degree of path optimization. To solve this problem, based on experience and practice, considering load balance an adjacent three-point clustering method was proposed with consideration of load balance and path optimization to give priority on ensuringthe scheduling reliability. Benchmarking experiments and real case study show that the solution with higher comprehensive satisfaction is stably obtained by the proposed strategies and methods on the premise of ensuring scheduling reliability.

摘要: 掺配车间的双中心物流路径并行实时规划问题的解决方法侧重于规划的可靠性,对路径的优化程度很低。针对这一问题,从经验与实用出发,在优先确保调度可靠性的前提下,综合考虑负荷平衡和路径优化,提出了考虑负荷平衡的邻接三点聚类方法。标杆问题的比对实验和现实案例研究表明:以上策略与方法在确保调度可靠性的前提下,可以稳定地得到综合满意度更高的解。
