Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous data in forging workshops, and current situation of information silos and difficulties in interconnection among equipment, a set of energy consumption data and monitoring systems for forging workshops was proposed. Combined with specific requirements of the systems in combination with data characteristics of the workshops, network architecture of data perception and transmission according to field layout was designed, and an information interaction model was established with OPC UA. Finally, taking a forging workshop as application object, a collection of consumption data and statistical supervision of information in the entire processes of forging actual productions was realized.

摘要: 针对锻造车间数据多源异构的特点,以及设备间存在信息孤岛且互联互通困难的现状,提出了一套面向锻造车间能耗数据的采集与监管系统。结合车间数据特点分析了系统具体需求,根据实地布局设计了数据感知、传输的网络架构,建立了基于过程控制统一对象模型的信息交互模型。最后以锻造车间为对象,实现了对锻造生产整个过程的能耗数据采集和信息统计监管。
