单斗液压挖掘机节能控制系统的实现

摘要:

单斗液压挖掘机在作业过程中负荷变化频繁,存在着能量损失。为有效减小能量损失,改善工作性能,设计了一种单斗液压挖掘机发动机的控制系统。该控制系统在不改变挖掘机液压系统及发动机内部结构的前提下,利用单片机的监控优势,以液压系统的压力为判断信号,通过步进电机控制发动机的油门,达到了节能的要求。该控制系统具有自动怠速控制、动力模式控制、短时超载和溢流控制等功能,实现了系统工作稳定、执行机构动作平稳、控制精度高、节能效果显著的目标。

Abstract:

There exist lots of energy losses in hydraulic excavator during its load frequently changing in various operation states. In order to reduce those energy losses and improve excavator performance, a control system for hydraulic excavator engine was designed. Taking advantages of the monitor ability and control ability of single chip computer, the control device took the hydraulic system pressure of the excavator as a criterion to make a stepper motor control the engine throttle to a proper position, so that without any changes in internal structure of the engine and the excavator hydraulic system, the energy was saved. The control system provides functions of idle speed control, dynamic model control, shot time overload control and overflow control etc. and realizes the need of getting system work stably, actuator moving steady, high control precision and saving energy efficiently.
