摘要:

阐述了成形范成法加工球面的原理、应具备的条件及其运动规律。主要针对机床几何精度对磨削球面精度的影响,分别从上下、左右、角度三个方面对球面度误差的影响展开了研究,得出了具体的计算公式。对磨削的均匀性给予分析,得出了砂轮与工件的转向和转速比是影响磨削均匀性的主要因素的结论。尝试了采取以硬质合金工件材料作修整电极的成形范成法凹球面ELID磨削实验方案,初步实验结果表明,该方案是硬质合金球面超精密磨削的一种有效方法。

Abstract:

This paper described principles, requirements and motion law of generating method which was used to generate spherical surface. Spherical grinding error analysis is mainly about influence of geometric precision of machine on precision of graund parts, the influences of vertical, horizontal and angle on the spherical degree errors were researched respectively, and the specific calculation formulas were deduced. The homogeneity of grinding process was analyzed, the steering and speed ratio of the wheel and work piece are the main factor influencing grinding homogeneity. The experimental study used the workpiece material to do ELID(electrolytic in-process dressing) grinding expriment of the electrode. Preliminary result confirms that the experiment is an effective way of the carbide spherical ultra-precision grinding.
