摘要: 针对我国量大面广的在役机床装备整体技术水平落后,难以满足我国制造业工业转型需要的问题,在对我国在役机床装备运行状况与问题进行分析的基础上,阐述了机床装备在役再制造的内涵,提出了机床装备在役再制造的实施流程;从基础共性技术、关键性技术两个方面出发,建立了机床装备在役再制造的技术体系框架,并重点对各项关键技术进行了分析论述;最后,结合某在役重型机床再制造实践,分析了机床装备在役再制造的综合效益及应用前景。

Abstract: The large quantities of in-service machine tools of low technical level might not satisfy the demands of industrial transformation and upgrading of China?吣s manufacturing industries. Based on the analyses of operation status and problems of in-service machine tools, the connotation of in-service remanufacturing of machine tools was put forward. In addition, implementation flow of in-service remanufacturing of machine tools was proposed. Then, the technology system frameworks of in-service remanufacturing of machine tools were established from the perspectives of fundamental common technology and key technology. Finally, the benefits of in-service remanufacturing of power tools were illustrated in the case of floor-type milling and boring machine remanufacturing.
