摘要:

进行误差建模与分析,可以为机床精度设计及误差补偿提供重要的依据。根据机床的拓扑结构特点,提出一种基于三维矢量链的机床空间误差模型。以单元误差的作用规律分析为基础,详细阐述了误差累积的规律及计算方法,并给出了应用示例。

Abstract:

Error modeling and analysis can provide some important directions to the machining precision design control and error compensation on machine tools. According to the characteristics of topology structure on machine tool, a space error model of machine tool based on three-dimensional vector chain was presented. Based on analyzing action rules of cell errors, the cumulative rules of errors and calculation methods were introduced detailedly, and an application demonstration was given.
