摘要:

利用正交试验和DEA博弈交叉效率模型,
研究了质量特性与参数隐式函数关系下的混合稳健设计模型。首先设计质量指标和成本指标,将其作为试验指标对变量(即未知的参数和容差)进行正交试验;然后将每组试验方案看作一个决策单元,分别将质量指标和成本指标作为DEA博弈交叉效率模型的输出指标、输入指标,构建DEA混合稳健设计模型,评价出质量-成本效率相对最高的组合方案(即最佳参数、容差组合);最后用案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明,该模型能够有效解决质量特性与参数隐式函数关系下的混合稳健设计问题,其工程适用性更为广泛。

Abstract:

This paper introduced a novel model for implicit function of
the quality characteristics and its parameters.The model was established based on the
methods of orthogonal and DEA game cross efficiency.First,we arranged orthogonal
test,considering quality indexes and cost indexes as unknown experimental indexes.
Then,to build the model of hybrid robust design,we had cost indexes and quality indexes
as the inputs and outputs of the model,DEA game cross efficiency,respectively,
by taking each pilot program as a decision making unit.In this way,it can evaluate the
combination of parameters and its tolerances which had the highest efficiency of the quality to the cost.At last,for verification purposes,a case was conducted and analyzed.
The research shows that the engineering applicability of the hybrid robust design model is broader than previous models.
