球头副曲率半径对力传感器方位误差的影响

摘要:

对不同接触形式的球头副的载荷偏心量和接触应力进行了分析,并设计了9对不同接触形式、不同结构尺寸的球头副进行方位误差测量。实验结果发现,相对于球面-球面点接触形式球头副,球面-平面点接触形式球头副的方位误差更小,球面-球面完全接触形式球头副与球面-平面点接触形式球头副的偏心载荷相当;调整角度较小时,可以选用球面-球面点接触或球面-球面完全接触,调整角度较大时,宜采用球面-平面点接触或半径较小的球面-球面完全接触。

Abstract: Load eccentricity and contact stress of load pads with different contact forms were compared. 9 pieces of load pads with different structures were designed and tested.The experimental results show that the position errors of the sphere-plane contact are smaller than that of sphere-sphere point contact.Load eccentricities with sphere-sphere uniform contact and sphere-plane contact are similar. The sphere-sphere point contact and the sphere-sphere uniform contact are suitable for the situations when the angle of adjustment is small.The sphere-plane contact and the sphere-sphere uniform contact with small radius are used if the angle of adjustment is large.
