海上稠油热采井井筒安全设备及其性能研究

摘要:

针对海上平台有杆采油油管井筒空间的变化,设计了密封油管与抽油杆环空的井筒安全装置。基于体积不变性原理分析了密封橡胶筒的坐封和解封过程,建立了橡胶筒的力学模型,详细研究了不同油井压力下的开井力和关井力。设计的杆管环空密封的新装置,可解决海上稠油热采有杆举升新工艺的井筒安全问题。

Abstract: A wellbore security device with sealed tubing and annulus was designed in response to spatial changes of wellbores in rod pumping systems. Setting and unseting processes of the rubber sleeves were analyzed based on principle of volume invariance. Mechanics models of the rubber sleeves were established, and the well startup and shut-in forces under different pressures were studied. A new equipment of sealed rods was developed to solve the wellbore security problems in thermal recovery and rod lifting of offshore heavy oil.
