全参数化概念车身协同开发与快速化结构设计研究

摘要:

针对汽车开发的概念设计阶段传统方法设计周期长、方案优化过程慢的问题,提出全参数化概念车身协同开发设计流程和快速化结构设计技术。建立了某公司系列车型参数化模型数据库;利用模块化建模技术,快速建立了某车型全参数化概念车身模型,并论证了该模型的计算精度满足工程实际要求。以某新车型白车身开发为例,论证了全参数化概念车身协同开发设计流程的高效性和快速化结构设计技术指导概念车身开发设计的可行性。

Abstract:

The automobile industry today is facing the problem that use of the traditional method leads to a long design cycle and the slow process of program changes at the phase of conceptual design in vehicle developing process. To solve this problem, a procedure of collaborative development and design, together with rapid structural design technology for a full parametric concept car body, was introduced. Several kinds of parameterized parts database were built for the series models of a company. And a full parametric concept car body model was rapidly built using the modular modeling technique. It is proved that the accuracy of the model meets practical requirements. In the case of developing a body in white of a new vehicle, the high efficiency of the procedure of collaborative development and the feasibility of rapid structural design for the full parametric concept car body are demonstrated.
