一种快速稳健高斯回归滤波算法

摘要:

针对稳健高斯回归滤波器运行速度过慢的问题,利用截断高斯权函数的快速卷积提高了算法运行速度。在详细分析稳健高斯回归滤波器和卷积函数的基础上,推导了截断高斯权函数,并通过实验确定了合适的参数值。实验结果表明,截断高斯权函数能使稳健高斯回归滤波器在精度损失很小的情况下运行时间明显缩短。

Abstract:

To solve the time consuming problem in implementation of the robust Gaussian regression filter, an algorithm of fast convolution using truncated Gaussian weighting function was presented. On the basis of robust Gaussian regression filter and convolution function, the truncated Gaussian weighting function was derived, and its appropriate parameter was
obtained through experiments. The experimental results show that the running time of robust Gaussian regression filter using truncated Gaussian weighting function is shortened obviously while maintaining the precision.
