摘要:

通过对干切削、乳化液润滑、低温冷风切削和油膜附水滴润滑四种切削加工方式的对比试验,对油膜附水滴润滑的切削加工性能进行了研究。结果表明:与其他三种加工方式相比,采用油膜附水滴润滑时主切削力明显减小,加工工件表面质量明显提高,刀具磨损明显减小,证明了油膜附水滴润滑可以取得良好的冷却润滑效果。

Abstract:

The paper studied the oil-on-water(OoW) lubrication on its cutting performance via a contrast test that using four kinds of cutting methods i.e. dry cutting, emulsified liquid cutting, cryogenic gas cutting and OoW cutting. The results show that compared with the other three cutting methods, the main cutting force reduces obviously and the quality of the machined surface improves obviously and the wear of tools reduces significantly in the experiments using OoW lubrication.
