基于二阶滑模的压气机喘振主动控制

摘要:

为了使压气机能够稳定地工作在高效率和高压比区域,建立了以紧联控制阀为执行机构的二阶MG喘振模型,并在其基础上基于二阶滑模设计了喘振主动控制器。在Simulink环境下搭建了压气机喘振主动控制仿真平台。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制器可以使压气机稳定地工作在喘振边界之外,并且对未建模系统的动态、流量和压力扰动等不确定性因素具有鲁棒性,扩展了压气机的稳定工作范围。

Abstract:

In order to make compressors operating in the high efficiency and pressure ratio region,a second-order MG surge model was presented using a close-coupled valve as actuator.Then,one active surge controller was designed based on second-order sliding mode.Compressor active surge control simulation platform was established under Simulink environment.Simulation results show that the designed controller stabilizes compression system outside the surge line and enlarges compressor's working range.Additionally,the robustness of the controller on uncertainties such as un-modeled dynamics,flow and pressure disturbances is verified.
