摘要:

针对插电式串联混合动力汽车(PSHEV)动力参数优化问题的多目标、有约束和高度非线性的特点,应用遗传算法工具箱和ADVISOR的非GUI函数,以整车设计要求的动力性能指标为约束条件,以整车百公里燃油消耗量和排放性能为目标函数,建立了PSHEV动力参数优化的仿真模型,实现了对PSHEV动力系统部件参数和控制策略参数的同时优化。最后应用该优化模型对某PSHEV进行仿真分析,结果表明该优化仿真模型能够显著降低PSHEV的百公里燃油消耗量,在保证动力性能的前提下,整车的燃油经济性和排放性能也得到了提高。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of multi-objective,with constraints
and highly non-linear in the parameter optimization of a
 PSHEV using the
genetic algorithm toolbox and ADVISOR without the GUI,a simulation model of the
parameter optimization of PSHEV was built,which can be used to simulate both the powertrain parameters and the control strategy parameters.
The constraints of the model were  the designed dynamic performances and the objective
function was the fuel consumption and emission performance.Finally,the simulation
model was applied to simulate a PSHEV.Simulation results demonstrate that the
 fuel consumption of PSHEV is reduced significantly and the fuel economy as
well as emission performance of a PSHEV are also improved under the premise of
guarantee of the dynamic performance.
