摘要:

提出一种锥形结构机械式无级变速器,该变速器具有较好的无级变速性能。利用凸轮等速运动规律,以单向超越离合器为圆心,对称布置三个凸轮和摆杆,经单向超越离合器转换运动后,可获得完全的匀速输出。用SolidWorks2010 Motion进行运动和动力仿真模拟,获得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

This paper introduced a conical cam structure stepless speed variator,which had a good performance motion.Three symmetrically located cams with constant velocity motion and their oscillating bars,
through roller clutches' changing,constant speed rotation output was reached.SolidWorks 2010 Motion was used to simulate its kinematic and dynamic features,a very good result was obtained. 
