振动摆动辗压成形实验分析

摘要:

为了验证对振动摆动辗压成形所作的理论分析的正确性,在确定摆辗力检测方法的基础上,结合成形工艺参数和振型参数,采用正交试验法设计了实验方案,并分别得到了不同实验参数条件下摆辗件单位面积上的变形抗力及其变形特征;分析了振型参数(频率和振幅)和工艺参数(摆头转速、每转进给量和成形温度)对摆辗件成形时间和变形抗力的影响;同时,还分别将普通摆辗件和振动摆辗件的形状、实际摆辗件和有限元模拟件的变形特征进行了对比。实验分析与比较表明,与普通摆辗相比,振动摆辗的成形力小、成形时间短、成形质量高,且所取得的实验结果与理论分析及其有限元模拟结果一致。

Abstract:

In order to validate correctness of some theoretical analyses for a vibration rotary forging deforming,on the basis of measurement method for rotary forging force, with different technical parameters and vibrational parameters, some experimental projects were designed by orthogonal experimental method, then deforming resistance and deforming characteristics were obtained with different experimental parameters.And some influences were analyzed including deforming time and deforming resistance force of workpiece by frequency, amplitude, rotate speed of forging die, feed per rotation and deforming temperature.At the same time, a figuration of workpiece deformed by general rotary forging was compared with that of deformed by vibrational rotary forging, and deforming characteristics of actual forging rotary workpiece were also compared with that of the FEM workpiece. It is shown from experimental analysis and comparison that the vibrational rotary forging process has smaller deforming force, shorter deforming time, higher deforming quality than that of the general rotary forging, and the experimental results are well consistence with the theoretical analysis and the FEM results.
