百吨级电传动矿用自卸车轮边驱动系统的配置优化

Abstract:

In connection with nearly 30 different international brands of hundred-ton series electric drive mining dump trucks,the structure of wheel reducers and the variation of the gear ratio's value were analyzed. According to the technical conditions of electric drive mining dump truck and the development situation of wheel motor, configuration and optimization of wheel drive system were described based on the calculation method of wheel motor's power and the gear ratio i of  wheel reducer.The results provide an important basis for the configuration and optimization of similar wheel drive system.

摘要:

针对国际近30款不同品牌百吨级电传动矿用自卸车车型,分析了轮边减速器采用的结构形式、传动比变化的规律。根据国内电传动矿用自卸车技术条件和电动机发展现状,基于电机功率和轮边减速器传动比的计算方法阐述了轮边驱动系统的配置优化方法,为国内同类轮边驱动系统的配置优化提供了依据。
