局部多孔质气浮止推轴承的设计研究

Abstract:

A nonlinear model based on the finite element method was provided to compute the static characteristics of partial porous air thrust bearing considering the tangential velocity slip at the bearing-film interface. Good agreement is achieved between theoretical and experimental results of static load capacity, mass flow and static stiffness. The modified Reynolds equation is verified to be proper to investigate the characteristics of externally pressurized partial porous air thrust bearing. The effects of slip on the steady state characteristics, such as mass rate of flow, load capacity and static stiffness were studied, when the feeding parameters of permeability coefficient, height or diameter of partial porous restrictors were changed. Then the results are presented in form of charts. Based on the analysis, the criterion of designing partial porous air thrust bearing was provided. Furthermore, the performance comparison between the thrust bearings with partial porous restrictors and porous restrictors shows that this kind of bearings have prosperous application for their good performance.

摘要:

建立了局部多孔质气浮轴承的理论模型,该模型考虑了轴承气膜交界面处的切向速度滑移。利用有限元方法对所建立的模型进行了理论仿真,轴承静态特性的仿真与试验结果取得了较好的一致性,说明经过修改后的雷诺方程可以用来作为局部多孔质气浮轴承研究的理论模型。利用该模型成功计算出不同渗透系数、不同厚度及不同直径的局部多孔质气浮轴承的流量、承载及刚度特性,并给出了相应的变化曲线。根据仿真结论,提出了局部多孔质气浮止推轴承的设计准则。另外,从理论上将该类轴承与全多孔质类型气浮轴的承特性进行了对比,表明局部多孔质气浮轴承有着优良的特性,有很好的应用前景。
