亚音速可调气流温度风洞试验台设计

Abstract: A minitype opening high speed wind tunnel the test-bed was designed and researched, which was used to be as airflow simulation. The airflow temperature of wind tunnel might be controlled. On the basis of aerodynamics calefaction project design calculation,the software Fluent was adopted to optimize design parameters and the simulation of the flow fields in the test section was carried out. The calculation results of flow and temperature fields indicate that the wind tunnel test-bed design is right. Based on the optimizing design parameters,a high speed wind tunnel was made. Fact measurement indicates that the quality of wind tunnel flow fileds is well,and the test sect temperature accords with the design requests.

摘要: 设计研究的气流模拟试验台是一座小型开口高速风洞,可以对试验段温度进行调节。在气动热力方案设计和计算的基础上,采用软件Fluent对风洞收缩段设计参数进行优化设计并进行了试验段流场的模拟计算,模拟计算流场及温度场结果表明设计合理。在优化设计的基础上加工制作了一座风洞,实际测量表明该风洞的流场品质优良,试验段温度符合设计要求。
