Abstract: Considering the lack of emergency rescue mode of large-scale track maintenance machines, the shortages of professional and the diseconomy of using operating vehicles, an emergency repair simulation training platform system was designed, which was used to simulate various vehicle conditions. The emergency rescue conditions and characteristics were analyzed under actual environmental systems, and then a virtual simulation environment was constructed by system simulation, virtual reality, distributed network and other technologies. Through the simulations, the real experience might be obtained. It is an effective and economic method for people to be trained in destructive, dangerous conditions, or special status and other restrict environments, and effectively culticating professional emergency rescue personnels with fast response and high quality, so that personnels may master the emergency rescue technology skillfully.

摘要: 针对当前大型养路机械应急救援模式不足、专业人才短缺,以及利用现有正常作业车辆进行应急演练资源浪费等现状,设计了一种能模拟多种车型工况的大型养路机械应急抢修模拟演练平台系统。分析了实际环境系统下的应急起复状况和特点,采用系统仿真、虚拟现实、分布式网络等技术构建了虚拟仿真环境,通过模拟获得真实体验,可有效解决实际训练中资源有限、破坏性与危险性操作环境以及特殊环境等限制,经济有效地培养应变能力快、素质高的专业应急救援人才。
