单失效数据情形下蓄能器可靠性评估

Abstract: The single failure data were obtained by means of no replacement  time truncation test method,the reliability curves of the reliability  model under the xponential distribution and the reliability function,the  failure probability density function and the failure rate function under  the Weibull distribution were obtained respectively.Through the analyses  of the reliability life of the accumulators,Weibull distribution took  into account the influences of experimental data before failure,failure  time and failure on reliability evaluation,in terms of experimental data  integrity,it was superior to the exponential distribution,which failed  to take into account the failure data.The reliability data are closer to  reality,and have more theoretical and engineering significances to  evaluate the reliability of small data and small sample.

摘要: 采用无替换定时截尾试验方法得到单失效数据,并分别得到在指数分布下的寿命可靠度模型和在威布尔分布下的可靠度函数、失效概率密度函数和失效率函数的可 靠性曲线。分析蓄能器的可靠性寿命后发现,威布尔分布综合考虑了失效前、失效时和失效后实验数据对可靠性评估的影响,在实验数据完整性方面更优,克服了指数分布不能将失效后的数据考虑在内的缺陷,其可靠性数据更接近实际,对蓄能器少数据、小样本可靠性评估更具有理论和工程意义。
