汽车尾气热电转换装置电气拓扑结构优化

Abstract: Aiming at the differences among the temperature differences and different characteristics of the thermoelectric devices of an automobile exhaust thermoelectric generator,in order to maximize the power generation potential of each thermoelectric device,the thermoelectric module of the thermoelectric generator was optimized by an topological structure research method,and the serial and parallel problems of the thermoelectric module were abstracted as a mathematical problem based on the graph theory,then the algorithm was targeted designed .The experimental results show that,compared with other simple series or parallel structures, the electrical topology optimized by this method may fully utilize the power generation potentials of each thermoelectric devices under the same conditions and are improved the output powers of the automobile exhaust thermoelectric generators.

摘要: 针对汽车尾气热电转换装置多个热电器件温差和自身特性的差异,为了最大化发挥各热电器件的发电潜能,对热电转换装置的热电模块进行拓扑结构的优化,基于图论的方法将热电模块的串并联问题抽象为数学问题,再针对性地设计了算法,通过实验室台架实验测试和数据验证,使得热电转换装置对外输出最大功率。
