圆锥滚子轴承在径向力、轴向力和力矩载荷作用下的整体接触应力分析

Abstract: Firstly, the equilibrium equations of a single tapered roller bearing under radial, axial and bending moment loads were derived, according to the conditions of deformation compatibility and force balance, a mathematical model of the whole contact analyses was established, the whole balance equation of the tapered roller bearings was finally formulated to solve a set of nonlinear equations. Then the numerical solution procedure was programmed by MATLAB, through the iterative method, the solutions to the whole balance equation were obtained. Finally, an example was given to verify the analyses.

摘要: 对单个圆锥滚子轴承在承受径向、轴向和弯矩载荷作用下的平衡方程进行了推导,根据变形协调和力平衡条件,初步建立了整体接触分析的数学模型,圆锥滚子轴承的整体平衡方程最终归结为求解一组非线性方程组;通过MATLAB编制数值求解程序,通过迭代的方法完成了对整体平衡方程的求解,并举例进行了验证。
