Effects of Key Parameters  of  Diesel  Late   Intake  Valve  System  on  Intake Performance

柴油机进气门晚关系统关键参数对进气性能的影响研究

Abstract:

A numerical model of  DK4A diesel engine was established on the basis of its  electric hydraulic  mechanism.The effects of intake valve closing angle on the intake flow rate of the diesel engine  were  analyzed under a certain maximum lift limit.The effects  of the additional lift limit and intake valve closing angle on the intake state parameter were  studied. Results indicate that the maximum additional lift limit has a  little effects  on the intake flow rate,and  the change rate of intake flow rate is less than 3% in the same late closing angle, and the intake flow reduces  with the late closing angle  increasing.The  increase of late closing angle is benefit for reducing the  pressure and temperature at the end of compression.The ignition  delay period becomes larger when the late closing angle increases, but the maximum additional lift limit has little effects on TDC temperature and pressure.The  change rates  of  TDC pressure and temperature  are  less than 5% in the same closing angle.

摘要:

针对DK4A柴油机电液进气门晚关机构,建立了柴油机的数值模型,分析最大升程限位下进气迟闭角对柴油机进气质量流量的影响,研究了附加升程限位与进气迟闭角对进气状态参数的影响。研究表明,最大附加升程限位对进气质量流量影响很小,相同进气迟闭角度下的进气流量变化率均小于3%,且随着进气迟闭角度的增大,进气流量减小;进气迟闭角增大有利于增长滞燃期,降低压缩终了的压力和温度,而最大附加升程限位对压缩终了温度和压力影响很小,在相同进气迟闭角下的温度和压力的变化率均小于5%。
