一种计算轮毂疲劳损伤的数值模拟新算法

Abstract:

According to the  characteristics of the complicated structure and cyclic loading  of wheels,a  new numerical simulation method for calculating fatigue damage of  wheels  was  proposed  based on two ways,one was the fatigue damage coupling theory of strain equivalence and the finite element analysis method,the  other was the law of material fatigue damage and the rigid method. Combining constants and properties of the fatigue damage model with fitting,a subroutine to calculate damage and to predict fatigue life on ANSYS platform was developed, while the initiation and growth of cracks of rim were simulated by damage developing, the crack propagation paths were  given under the different cycles as the fatigue life was  obtained.At last,the comparison between fatigue tests and calculation results indicates that this method is proper,feasible and of high accuracy.

摘要:

针对轮毂结构复杂和周期载荷的特点,采用刚性元法简化轮毂有限元模型, 基于材料疲劳损伤规律、应变等效假设理论和有限元方法,提出了一种计算旋转轮毂结构疲劳损伤的新算法。该算法采用拟合得到的损伤演化材质参数和ANSYS的二次开发工具对轮毂的疲劳损伤过程进行数值计算,在得到裂纹全寿命的同时,给出裂纹群扩展路径,真实地模拟了轮毂动态旋转损伤进程。试验研究证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
