国产数控机床精度保持性分析及研究现状

Abstract:

With a large number of  accuracy  survey on domestic CNC machine tools,it was  found that the number of accuracy recession caused by abnormal wear  gave a  bigger  proportion.In order to find the reasons of accuracy descends more clearly,the reasons that led  to the poor accuracy retentivity in the stage of design, manufacture and  applications were analyzed from three aspects of spindle accuracy, geometric accuracy and dynamic accuracy. Finally, aiming at the different types of CNC machine tools, the methods to  improve accuracy retentivity  were proposed.

摘要:

通过对国产数控机床精度的大量调研发现,非正常磨损造成机床精度衰退的数目占机床总数的比例较大。为了更清晰地找出精度下降的原因,从主轴精度、基础件几何精度和各轴的运动精度入手,分别在机床的设计、制造和使用三个阶段分析了造成国产数控机床精度保持性差的原因。针对不同类型机床精度,提出了提高机床精度保持性的方法。
