Research on Motion Planning of Linear Motor Driven Piston Pump

直线电机驱动柱塞泵的运动规划研究

Abstract:

To improve the flow rate properties of piston pump, the feasible motion planning of a linear motor driven piston pump was investigated systematically, which was easier to achieve constant flow rate. Through computation, it is finded that the solution of four double-acting motor driven piston pump in motion planning of triangular waves with phase difference of π/2 or incontinuous trapezoidal waves with phase difference of π/2 is the possible one with redundancy. The system model of four double-acting linear motor driven piston pump was established by the software of AMESim, using the feasible solution to achieve the constant flow of piston pump theoretically. Through simulation, the solution of triangular waves with phase difference of π/2 is the preferred motion planning, which has less actual flow pulsation.

摘要:

为了改善柱塞泵的流量特性,系统研究了恒流量直线电机驱动柱塞泵的可行运动规划。经计算,四电机双作用柱塞泵以三角波间隔π/2相位差或以间断式梯形波间隔π/2相位差为运动规划,是具有冗余功能的可行方案。应用AMESim软件,构建了四直线电机双作用柱塞泵系统的仿真模型。仿真实验发现,三角波曲线间隔π/2相位差的方案是实际流量脉动较小的优选运动规划。
