基于均匀试验的重轨最优复合矫直规程

Abstract:

This paper used uniform test to design compound straightening rules, ANSYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software was applied to simulate the rail compound straightening process, taking the residual stress and flatness that were after the rail straightening as an indicator to carry on statistical analysis. Then the optimal compound straightening rules, as well as the adjusting function and effects of every straightening roll were obtained.

摘要:

采用均匀试验对复合矫直规程进行了试验设计,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学软件对重轨复合矫直过程进行了仿真。以重轨矫后轨底残余应力和平直度为指标进行统计学分析,得到了重轨复合矫直的最优矫直规程,以及各矫直辊的调节作用和调节效果。
