超高压旋转清洗盘的设计及密封分析

Abstract:

An ultr-high pressure water cleaning rotary plate was designed for the large wallrust removal climbing robot, the structure and working principles of the cleaning rotary plate were introduced, and the design directing at the cleaning rotary seal was calculated and analyzed. Practical applications show the cleaning plate meets the requirements of little leakage, high rust removal efficiency, and simultaneous drying during rust removal.

摘要:

设计了一种大型壁面清洗除锈爬壁机器人用的超高压旋转清洗盘,介绍了该旋转清洗盘的结构及工作原理,并针对清洗盘旋转密封的设计进行了计算和分析。实际的应用表明,该清洗盘能够满足泄漏量小、除锈效率高、即除即干的工作要求。
