一种基于二次曲线的全电动注塑机背压控制方法

Abstract:

A method which was based on quadratic curve to control backing pressure was supplied. It is proved that this method can realize the control requirements in electrical injection molding machine. Experiments completed under the condition of several different setting backing pressures show the effectiveness of the approach. It indicates that the method can satisfy the control requirements of one stage or multistage backing pressure effectively.

摘要:

提出了一种根据经验并基于二次曲线的螺杆后退速度控制方法,基于该方法实现了全电动注塑机计量过程中背压的控制。通过实验观察了在不同设定背压值下的实际控制效果,验证了算法的有效性。实验表明,所提出的方法能够很好地完成单级以及多级背压控制工艺要求。
