Abstract:

Multi-granularity and hierarchy low-carbon efficiency analysis
for products was proposed to support product low-carbon design.A multi-granularity and hierarchy low-carbon efficiency analysis model was established.The quantitative model of product carbon footprint was put forward,product utility was analyzed by the application of quality function deployment for environment and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),the low-carbon efficiency of product was computed.Carbon footprint of module unit was calculated and allocated,the utility of module unit was analyzed by a  configuration model for parts,the low-carbon efficiency of module unit  was assessed and analyzed.The application of  this method in design improvement was discussed.Finally a case study of refrigerator  was done to illustrate the feasibility and applicability of this method.

摘要:

为支持产品低碳设计,提出产品多粒度层次低碳绩效分析方法,构建了多粒度层次低碳绩效分析模型。建立了产品碳足迹量化模型,将环境化质量功能配置与TOPSIS相结合来分析产品效用,计算了产品层低碳绩效;基于功能结构映射进行模块单元碳足迹量化与分配,结合零部件配置模型分析模块单元效用,评估与分析模块单元层低碳绩效。探讨了低碳绩效分析在设计改进中的应用。最后,以电冰箱为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。
