基于矩阵元的飞机工装物料信息集成模型研究

Abstract:

Current bill of material(BOM) model lacks of comprehensive expression of product material change information for aircraft tooling. To solve this problem, a BOMII model based on matrix tuple was proposed. BOMII model construction method, the change information expression method using matrix tuple, and recording method for the change history information using validity matrix were studied. The results show that BOMII realizes the effective integration of multidimensional information of product materials based on single model, and it can fully describe the current and change historical information of product materials.

摘要:

针对已有BOM模型不能全面描述飞机工装物料更改信息的问题,提出了一种基于矩阵元的BOM信息集成模型(BOMII)。研究了BOMII模型的构造方法,提出了基于BOMII矩阵元的物料信息与物料更改信息的表达方法以及基于有效性版本矩阵的物料更改历史信息的表达方法。研究表明,BOMII较好地实现了基于单一BOM模型的物料多维信息集成,不仅能充分描述飞机工装结构的当前信息,而且能表达产品结构的更改信息并记录更改的历史信息。
