无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆快速设计系统

Abstract:

 In order to improve the efficiency and precision of the solid modeling of a new worm which is called non-backlash double roller enveloping hourglass worm, after the in-depth analysis on the mathematical models of worm gearing and the helixes' equations of tooth surface, a rapid design method of product was put forward, which was based on case-based reasoning and SML(Sach merkleisten). Firstly, the secondary development was carried out on a three-dimensional CAD platform using high-level language and tabular layouts of article characteristics which was established by SQL Server database technology. Secondly, the rapid design system of non-backlash double roller enveloping hourglass worm was established by both integrated. Finally, the system was demonstrated to be correctness and reliability with specific design examples.

摘要:

为了提高无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆实体建模的精度和效率,在对该蜗杆传动副的数学模型和齿面接触螺旋线方程进行深入分析的基础上,提出了基于实例推理技术和事物特性表技术的产品快速设计方法。首先采用高级语言在三维CAD平台中进行了二次开发,并采用SQL Server数据库技术建立了事物特性表;然后将二者集成构建了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆的快速设计系统;最后通过具体设计示例验证了该系统的正确可靠。
