基于分形接触模型的齿轮接触强度影响参数分析

Abstract:

According to the gear contact strength theory based on fractal contact
model,several parameters which influence the gear's contact strength were discussed
 herein.These parameters included roughness amplitude parameters,material property
 parameters,fractal dimension,and the surface roughness.Results show  that reducing
the roughness amplitude parameters and improving the material parameters can improve the gear's contact strength.Fractal dimension and surface roughness don't
meet  the linear  relationship with contact strength,and exist an optimal value when
the contact strength gets a minimum value. 

摘要:

根据基于分形接触模型的齿轮接触强度理论,讨论了影响齿轮接触强度大小的几个参数:粗糙度幅值参数、材料的特性参数、分形维数和表面粗糙度。结果表明:减小粗糙度幅值参数、增大材料的特性参数有利于提高齿轮接触强度;分形维数和表面粗糙度与接触强度之间不是线性关系,而是存在一个最优值。
